Participation and Eligibility Requirements
You are under no obligation to purchase, but in order to receive this promotional package, you must attend a two-hour resort preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 at the scheduled appointment time and date listed on your confirmation letter or email.
Guests must have a household income of $70,000+ and own a home. If guests are married, engaged or in a cohabitating relationship, both partners must attend the preview tour together. Proof of income and home ownership may be required. If your income, homeownership or marital status has changed since you booked your package, please call us at 866-928-2687. You are required to meet the minimum requirements at the time of your tour, regardless of your status at the time of booking.
By accepting this promotional package, you have confirmed that you meet the above requirements. If you take advantage of this package and do not meet these requirements, you agree to pay the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 the full cost of your promotional package. Only one gift is available per group or family traveling together. One promotional package and/or gift is available per household every 12 months. For Owners at one of our properties, we can offer one promotional package and/or gift with a tour every 6 months. There is a lifetime maximum of three preview tours and gifts allowed per household, excluding Owners.
Peak 8 Properties L.L.C. is an equal opportunity lender. Anyone may purchase a fractional ownership at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 regardless of income level or homeownership status, but only those meeting the above requirements are eligible to receive a promotional gift package from the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: You have 7 days from the time you book your promotional package to cancel for a full refund. Cancellation policy may vary if you are already within the reschedule period for the property packages listed below.
Breck Inn packages: If you need to change your arrival and/or tour date(s), you must call Marketing Guest Services at least 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in day to reschedule without penalty. No reschedules are allowed within 14 days of your arrival. You will need a new arrival date in order to reschedule your package. Please call 866-928-2687 to make any changes.
Lodging Partner packages (including Beaver Run, River Mountain Lodge, Grand Timber Lodge, Doubletree or other): If you need to change your arrival and/or tour date(s), you must call Marketing Guest Services at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in day to reschedule without penalty. No reschedules are allowed within 30 days of your arrival. You will need a new arrival date in order to reschedule your package. Please call 866-928-2687 to make any changes. Please note – If you change your package, including arrival date, your rates may be subject to change.
Fractional Ownership tours cannot be scheduled on the same day as arrival.
Breckenridge is in a high alpine environment; therefore we do not allow reschedules due to weather conditions.
If you do not arrive at your hotel accommodations and/or your scheduled presentation tour on your scheduled date, you agree to pay the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 the full retail rate of your promotional package. If you utilize the accommodations and/or gifts but do not attend the presentation tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, you agree to pay the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 the full retail rate of your promotional package. Your promotional package is non-negotiable, non-transferable and valid only for persons who accept these conditions.
